Feb 03, 2014 What I have put together below is a 7 day example of my P90X3 meal plan. My intake is set to 2400 calories per day and I have matched the P90X3 Nutrition Plan macros, which are 30% proteins, 40% carbs, and 30% fats (30/40/30).

  1. Jan 16, 2012 Hy Kati, i would love if you share some new ideas of your vegetarian meal plan. I was going pretty good with P90X diet, but i don't stopped eating meat, almost a vegetarian. Just eat fish out of home, and after this i am not having my diet going well. Sorry for my bad english. I'm brazilian, and yes, i love to check your blog every week.

Like all BeachBody Workouts, one of the most important aspects is the nutrition plan. P90x3 is no different. In fact, the diet plan is typically the most important part.
