  2. 1 point 2 years ago I have a legit version of FCP X - 10.3.4 and as of today 10.10.17, i too have serious issues with it in High Sierra. Basically, the timeline goes missing, gets corrupt and I can't drag drop clips from the bin into the timeline.

Yes, it’s true. If you update to High Sierra, the Final Cut Pro 7 Studio Applications will no longer launch. This also includes applications such as SoundTrack Pro, etc.
